Michael Hennigan

Mr. Hennigan is the former Executive Chairman and the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a petroleum refining, natural gas processing and midstream logistics company. He is also the former Executive Chairman and the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of MPLX LP, a natural gas processing and midstream logistics company. He currently serves as a director of The Cigna Group. He previously served as a director of Andeavor Logistics, Energy Transfer Partners, Niska Gas Storage Management, Philadelphia Energy Solutions and SunCoke Energy. Mr. Hennigan holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineering) from Drexel University.
