Current opportunitiesNurturing belonging
We value what makes each of us unique and work to leverage the best in each other. We aim to empower employees with the meaningful opportunities and individual support needed to set and reach career goals.
Giving back, growing together
Collaborating with community partners who share our values allows us to make a positive and lasting impact where we live and work. As part of the Nutrien team, you can give back to your community with paid volunteer days and a company match program.
We do it safely or not at all
When we say we care, we mean it. Our tools, processes, and support help all of us go home safe every day. That culture extends beyond the workplace. The safety of our growers, partners and communities is also a top priority.
Transforming agriculture
Innovation improves processes and products, helps us tackle challenges, and creates opportunities to enhance farm and mining productivity. Our goal is to lead the agriculture industry with innovation, digital technology, and bold new thinking.
How we invest in our people
Work and life happen in the same day. We’re trusted to get the job done while taking care of ourselves and others. We offer competitive and flexible benefits, including:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage
- Competitive retirement programs
- Paid maternity, paternity, and personal leave
- Vacation, holiday, and sick time
- Tuition assistance
- Employee and family assistance programs
- Volunteer paid time off
Please note that benefits packages may be different depending on employment status and location.
We cultivate an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute fully and know they’re respected and valued.
Our commitment
Inclusive growth within our workforce, supply chain, local communities, and society are essential to our sustainability strategy, successful performance, and ability to innovate. We’re committed to fostering inclusive agriculture, which includes increasing the participation of historically underrepresented groups in our organization and industry.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
We support a variety of ERGs––voluntary, employee-led efforts designed to serve employees in underrepresented identity groups and create a more respectful, inclusive workplace.

A walk in my shoes: My Nutrien Ag Solutions internship so far
Byline: Makenzie Davis
In February 2023, I said “yes” to what I thought was just a summer internship. Initially, I was a bit hesitant because of how uncertain this adventure seemed.
