Tim Dahlheimer
Senior Vice President, Safety, Health, Environment and Security
Tim Dahlheimer is the Senior Vice President, Safety, Health, Environment and Security (SHE&S) at Nutrien.
In this role, Tim is responsible for SHE&S functional services across our global operations, helping us to ensure everyone returns home safe, every day.
Prior to joining Nutrien in 2025, Tim held a range of senior SHE&S leadership roles working with Worley, BHP and Rio Tinto across multiple countries and commodities. His experience spans the mining, chemical manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors where he has spearheaded initiatives that have significantly improved risk management and operational performance.
He is recognized for his strategic vision, collaborative leadership, disciplined approach and commitment to continuous improvement. Tim holds a Masters Health, Safety and Environment from Curtin University of Technology and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
