Nutrien's annual Women in Non-Traditional Environments and Roles Potash employee resource group conference champions this year's theme of allyship.

In a powerful gathering - and its largest yet - Nutrien’s annual Women in Non-Traditional Environments and Roles Potash (WiNTER K) employee resource group conference emphasizes the values of allyship and collaboration.

Hosted late last year, this conference brought together women and allies from Nutrien's extensive network within the potash business unit, including its six potash mines. The day was dedicated to fostering an environment of open dialogue, honesty and collaborative learning. It provided a unique opportunity for attendees to share their experiences, understand each other's perspectives and inspire positive change in their respective roles and beyond.

The event's success lay in its commitment to creating an inclusive space where voices from all backgrounds were not only heard but celebrated. Attendees had the chance to network and forge relationships that extended beyond the conference walls, which will help to progress WiNTER K’s goal to support, connect and encourage women.

We captured the sentiments of those who attended the conference to share their experiences and reflections on this impactful day of collaboration.
