Diversity in our business creates value by aligning Nutrien’s business perspectives with an increasingly diverse customer base, building capability to operate in international markets, and enabling Nutrien to recruit from a larger pool of talent.

We currently concentrate our corporate efforts and resources in increasing representation of women and Aboriginal Peoples in Canada, with a future match-to-market goal for representation of visible minorities in our employee population. We aim to increase the representation of women in senior leadership to 20 percent or more by 2022.
